Unleash

Every third Sunday of the month the youths take the reins and lead out in Worship as they take charge and let loose in the Unleashed Youth Service. It’s a time that youth deal with their own issues in life and apply Biblical principles to address those issues. With vibrantly and unmistakably youthful passion they charge the sanctuary and their lives with the special expression that only youth sold out to Jesus can. Youth from all over the country flock to Unleashed which is an increasingly popular encounter. Demand for this service to be held on a weekly basis is a “No-brainer” and with the new sanctuary which will be constructed shortly the youth will have a fully equipped space of their own and the dream will become a reality. Upstream

Young people are very important at New Birth and we believe that their needs, perspectives and styles are equally important. While we maintain authority and guidance, we also allow them to express themselves and to use their genre of worship music as well as praise prayer and upbeat activities. In an atmosphere conducive to youth interest and comfort, we challenge them to maintain their identity in Christ. Upstream is a Friday night activity in which youth simply enjoy themselves. Every activity, from popcorn and a movie to a Bible Quiz or an evening walk, presents opportunities for growing in Christ. Fridays: 7:30pm

Perfected Praise Children’s Ministry

Little Children in a Big World have a gigantically fun experience when they are a part of activities of the Perfected Praise Children’s Ministry. As young as these children are, the Bible stories are expressed to them in a way that brings it to life and helps them to apply it to their own home and school lives. Activities specifically designed for these children such as puppetry, kids’ crusades and video presentations engage their attention while parents are free to worship in their own setting, knowing that their children have the same opportunities at their level. (Sundays at 9:00am)

New Birth Babes

This “COMING SOON” feature of the ministry will provide a trusted atmosphere of love for the babies while their parents worship. Bathed in soft worship music, prayer and scripture the children will develop a habit of worship from the very outset. Their interaction with the carefully selected members of staff are sure to make them chuckle and on those days when baby has a difficult moment, parents will be informed immediately.
